Shipping and returns

Maiwe offers free delivery on all orders above €60 coming from Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France or Germany. For orders above €60, the shipping cost for Benelux is €5 and €8 for France and Germany. Currently, we ship to all of Europe. For delivery to other countries, please contact hello@maiweskin.com. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a track & trace code via email. Please check the table below for delivery times per country.

You can return a product within 14 days after receipt. Simply send a return request to hello@maiweskin.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and our mailing information. Please note that we only accept returns of products that are still unopened, sealed and in perfect condition. After receiving your return, we will refund the full amount of your purchase price within 3-5 days. Alternatively, we can exchange your product - if you wish - and reimburse or charge the difference. We do not reimburse the initial shipping costs.
